Terms & Conditions – 77f7 Platform Agreement

1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

77f7 maintains a PKR-denominated wallet for each registered account. All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) unless otherwise stated. The following payment methods are accepted on the 77f7 platform:

5 Bonuses & Promotions

77f7 may offer bonuses, promotional credits, free bets and other incentives ("Promotional Offers") from time to time. All Promotional Offers are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms attached to the relevant offer:

• Promotional Offers are intended for genuine recreational players and may not be claimed by individuals whose primary intention is to exploit bonus terms rather than engage with the Platform in good faith ("bonus abuse").
• Unless explicitly stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (the "wagering requirement") before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. Specific wagering requirements are stated on the relevant promotion page.
• Free bets and bonus funds expire if not used within the time period specified at the time of the offer. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed and games played on 77f7 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each product category (sports betting, live casino, slots, jackpots and fishing games). By placing a bet or commencing a game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable rules.

• Bets once confirmed cannot be cancelled or amended except where 77f7 explicitly provides a "cash-out" or "bet edit" option for a specific market.

7 Prohibited Conduct

• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent registration information including a false date of birth.
• Accessing the platform if you are under 18 years of age.
• Using the platform to launder funds derived from criminal activity.
• Colluding with other players or using third-party software, bots, artificial intelligence tools or scripting to gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software errors, technical glitches or malfunctions to extract funds from the platform.
• Using payment methods that do not belong to you or that are associated with fraudulent transactions.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the 77f7 platform — including but not limited to the brand name, logo, website design, graphics, game interfaces, software, text and data — is the property of 77f7 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 77f7 platform for personal recreational purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, modify, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any content on 77f7 without prior written consent from the Platform. Unauthorised use of 77f7's intellectual property may constitute a legal violation and will be pursued accordingly.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 77f7, its officers, directors, employees, partners and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

77f7 may close or suspend your account with immediate effect, without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that you have violated these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or where required to do so by applicable law or a regulatory instruction. 13 Governing Terms
